Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
Purchasers of wine must be 21 years old. An adult signature is always required.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping charges are calculated when you check out. Shipping total includes product-handling costs. Shipping carrier is determined by the warehouse based upon the shipping destination (unless you are a wine club member and have made other arrangements for your club shipments).
Delivery Information
Baldacci Family Vineyards offers shipping to most states, making it easy to enjoy our wines wherever you are. Please note that due to individual state regulations, we are unable to ship online wine orders to the following states: Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah.
Our default carrier is UPS. Our default shipping strategy includes temperature-controlled ground shipping. We have a preferred rate with our warehouse to guarantee the best pricing for this high level of service. If FedEx is a better carrier for you, please select this carrier at checkout. If you are a wine club member, please let us know which carrier you prefer.
Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, following compliance and credit card authorization. Delivery occurs Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. State laws prohibit shipping wine to hotels, motels, or licensed beverage facilities outside of California.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Requirements
All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained from individuals over the age of 21 years.
Tracking Your Shipment
Where online tracking is available, the tracking link is included in your “Shipment Confirmation” e-mail. If you think your order is late, please note that: Compliance verification and credit card authorization must be received before processing. Tracking may take up to two business days to appear in our system due to delays in receiving information from carriers.
Out-of-Stock Items
While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website’s accuracy, there are occasions when certain vintages sell out or simply are no longer available. When that occurs, we will notify you and discuss alternative purchase options or a full refund of your purchase. Please call us at 707-944-9261 for assistance.
Bottle Limits and Availability
In some instances, state laws regulate product availability and/or wine purchase limitations. Working within state and local laws may prevent our ability to fulfill your order requests.
Credit Card Refunds
Upon receiving your returned shipment, we will process a refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Canceled and/or returned orders are subject to a $100 restocking fee.
